Platform Lead: Network & Voice Strategy & Transformation

Co-op in Manchester is seeking a Head of Platform – Network & Voice to lead the strategy, operation and continuous improvement of our network and voice services. You will oversee WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN and telephony platforms to ensure secure, reliable performance for stores, offices and customer-facing services.

You’ll build and mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets and drive supplier relationships, delivering major network transformations and value across the organisation.
