Due to continued growth, our client, a multinational manufacturing organisation, based in Northern Ireland, have a requirement for a quality inspector to work with multifunctional teams throughout the organisation, to ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality & schedule.

Responsibilities

Carrying out product inspections and Quality Control / Quality Assurance activities

Create certificate of conformance / raise non conformance.

Ensuring product compliance with design, customer and regulatory authority requirements and regulations.

Providing instruction and advice to operators as and when required.

Working flexibly in groups and on shifts.

Writing technical reports to highlight drawing, process and tooling anomalies to instigate investigation and corrective action.

Requirements

• Applicants must have completed a recognised apprenticeship and have a minimum of 2 years' relevant post apprenticeship experience in a manufacturing/assembly or tooling environment.
• An ONC or equivalent qualification is desirable. However, applicants with lesser
• qualifications and additional relevant knowledge and experience will be considered.
• The ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and to communicate effectively is

• Candidates must be familiar with quality control requirements and have at least 2 years previous experience in the aerospace industry.
