Employment In-House Counsel

A leading financial institution is looking to hire an Employment Counsel into its London legal team.

The role will provide broad employment law support across the business, with a predominantly non-contentious focus. You will advise on a wide range of employment matters, working closely with senior stakeholders across the institution and providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.

The ideal candidate will have strong employment law experience gained within financial services, either in-house or from private practice. They are ideally seeking someone around 5–10 PQE, although candidates slightly earlier in their career will also be considered.
