Joiner – Social Housing Rochdale and Surrounding Areas £22.00 per hour | Immediate Start | 3+ Months Work Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is looking to recruit an experienced Joiner for ongoing work across Rochdale and surrounding areas. This is a long-term temporary opportunity working on both tenanted and void properties carrying out reactive and planned maintenance joinery works. Joiner Duties Include: Fitting windows and doors Installing skirting boards and architraves General joinery repairs and maintenance Working in occupied and void social housing properties Completing all aspects of domestic joinery work Joiner Requirements: Previous experience as a Joiner Social housing or domestic maintenance experience preferred Own tools and vehicle required Ability to work independently and manage workload Reliable and professional attitude What’s On Offer for a Joiner: £22 per hour Weekly pay Immediate start available Ongoing work with a reputable contractor Long-term opportunity To apply for this Joiner role, please submit your CV online today.
