Deputy Home Manager | Nursing & Elderly Care | Oxfordshire Stephen James Consulting is working with a family-run care provider to recruit a nurse-qualified Deputy Home Manager for a medium-sized nursing home in Oxfordshire. This is a key leadership role within a supportive, established care setting, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on both clinical standards and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: * Support the daily running of the home, ensuring high-quality clinical care delivery * Maintain strong CQC compliance, governance, and regulatory standards * Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the care team * Support occupancy growth and overall service performance Requirements: * Active NMC PIN (RGN qualified) * Previous experience in a Deputy Manager or senior clinical leadership role * Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance * Confident, hands-on leadership approach within elderly care settings This role offers a salary of: £55,000 per anum If you are interested in this opportunity, please click “Apply Now” to be considered
