You'll act for major insurers, brokers and professional services clients on complex professional indemnity and coverage disputes across sectors including legal, financial services, property, tech and consultancy.Work includes defending policyholders in County Court, High Court and TCC matters, handling FOS complaints, tackling scope of duty, breach, causation and coverage issues, and engaging in ADR and settlement negotiations.
