Position Asset Intelligence Officer (Grade D) – IT Digital Transformation Location Kensington Town Hall, W8 7NX Start Date ASAP Contract Duration 17 August 2026 to 16 November 2026 Working Hours 36 hours per week 09:00 – 17:00 Pay Rate £292.62 per day Job Reference (phone number removed) Job Responsibilities Support asset intelligence and data governance activities across the organisation. Analyse and manage asset-related data to improve accuracy, quality, and reporting. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualisations to support decision-making. Work with stakeholders to gather, validate, and improve data requirements. Identify data issues and support the development of solutions. Produce clear reports and insights to support digital transformation projects. Ensure data processes align with governance standards and organisational requirements. Person Specification Must-Have Requirements Experience in data governance and data management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI. Ability to work with stakeholders and communicate data insights clearly. Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Right to work in the UK. Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience working within a local authority or public sector environment. Knowledge of asset management systems and processes.
