The leadership team is now seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead manufacturing operations and drive performance across the production function Head of Production – The Role: This is a key leadership role within a large manufacturing operation. The Head of Production will take responsibility for leading all production and assembly activities, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality and on-time delivery across the manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing production strategy, improving manufacturing processes and building a high-performing production team capable of supporting ongoing business growth.
