The Role

You will advise on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including:

* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Commercial leasing transactions
* Property aspects of corporate transactions
* Development and investment work
* Asset management matters
* Due diligence and title investigations
* Working closely with colleagues across corporate, banking and dispute resolution teams

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law
