The Role
Full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a large, high-volume venue
Leading and developing a sizeable management and front-of-house team
Delivering exceptional guest experiences across both dining and late-night trade
Driving commercial performance, labour management, and operational efficiencies
Maintaining high standards across service, culture, compliance, and execution
Working closely with senior leadership to support continued growth and success

About You
Experienced General Manager or Assistant General Manager from a high-volume hospitality background
Confident in leading multifaceted operations with large teams
Commercially astute with strong financial understanding
Passionate about people development and creating positive team culture
Calm under pressure and highly operationally focused
Experience within premium casual dining, bars, late-night, or entertainment-led venues is highly advantageous
