Reporting into our Head Housekeeper, you’ll ensure our suites and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, creating a magical stay for our guests. Follow instruction and daily schedules from Housekeeping Manager, ensuring all tasks are completed on time Have a full knowledge of our Fire and Safety procedures Provide exceptional service to all guests Fully knowledgeable of personal procedures and their role as it relates to hotel policies and procedures. You’ll also be a confident communicator who prides themselves of providing excellent customer service. Although recent relevant working experience is preferred, we offer full training for this role.
