Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Manchester £65,000-£75,000 + Excellent Package Advance TRS are working with a leading Tier 1 Contractor who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Manchester. Join a major infrastructure project in the North West and play a key role in delivering high-value civil engineering and water sector works. We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of commercial management across projects and work packages, working closely with construction, design and supply chain teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven QS with NEC3 experience who enjoys leading from the front in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Managing commercial activities across major projects and subcontract packages Controlling costs, forecasts, valuations and payment applications Supporting contract administration and NEC3 contractual processes Working closely with clients, operational teams and subcontractors Assisting in mentoring and developing junior commercial staff What We're Looking For Degree qualified (or equivalent) Experience within utilities, civil engineering or MEICA projects NEC3 contract experience Working towards or already chartered Strong commercial awareness and communication skills What's On Offer £65,000-£75,000 salary Hybrid working Car allowance Private medical & health insurance Enhanced pension & life assurance 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with option to buy more Excellent additional perks and discounts We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
