Technical Support – Intruder Alarms Location: Near Fareham, Hampshire (Commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Waterlooville) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Depending on experience) + Benefits Position: Full-Time, Permanent About the Company Our client is a well-established and growing Fire & Security company with an excellent reputation across the South. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to bring on a technial support specialising on intruder alarms to join their friendly team near Fareham. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some basic intruder alarm knowledge who is keen to build a long-term career in the industry, with full training and support provided. The Role This is a training-focused position where you will learn how to support engineers and customers with intruder alarm systems. Working alongside experienced team members, you will gradually develop your technical knowledge and confidence. You will become a key part of the support team, assisting with troubleshooting, system queries, and day-to-day technical support tasks.
