A high-growth adtech business in the video space is looking for a Sales Account Director to lead senior agency relationships and drive significant revenue growth.
This is not a passenger AD role. They want someone commercial, connected, and genuinely proactive. Someone who can open doors, build senior relationships, lead complex conversations, and still stay close enough to the detail to get deals done.
The business is scaling well, has a compelling market story, and wants a senior individual contributor who can help accelerate its commercial footprint.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning and growing senior relationships across key agencies and/or direct clients
- Taking responsibility for a significant revenue target
- Building broad, multi-threaded relationships across planning, buying, investment, and leadership stakeholders
- Driving new revenue opportunities across teams, briefs, and commercial routes
- Leading major pitches, responses, and negotiations
- Staying hands-on in a startup environment where execution matters
- Working cross-functionally to ensure campaigns deliver and relationships strengthen
- Bringing market intelligence back into the business to influence strategy
What they’re looking for
- 7+ years in media or adtech sales
- Strong UK agency relationships and commercial credibility
- Clear evidence of revenue delivery and strategic deal-making
- Someone confident operating with senior stakeholders
- High ownership, strong energy, and the ability to make things happen without layers of support
