Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of prestigious work, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Brentwood. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple interior fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account. Projects range from luxury residential refurbishments to premium retail and hospitality schemes across London and the South East. Key responsibilities will include: * Managing project costs and commercial performance * Producing valuations, variations, and final accounts * Procurement and subcontractor management * Cost reporting and forecasting * Contract administration * Working closely with operational teams and clients * Identifying and managing commercial risk * Supporting junior commercial staff where required Requirements * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within interiors, fit-out, or high-end construction * Strong understanding of commercial processes and contracts * Experience working on super prime, retail, or hospitality projects * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects * Degree qualified or equivalent preferred What’s On Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on prestigious high-value projects * Established and supportive team environment * Strong pipeline of secured work * Career progression within a growing business For more information or to apply, contact EA Associates today
