Senior Customer Success Lead | Adoption & Enablement

We're partnering with a scaling AI and analytics platform helping organisations turn complex data into measurable operational and commercial impact.
The product is gaining real traction across enterprise environments. The next phase is focused on implementation, onboarding and ensuring customers fully embed the platform into live business workflows.
This is not traditional Customer Success.
It's a consultative, delivery-focused role centred around adoption, enablement and helping clients operationalise data and AI capabilities effectively.
The Role
A senior, highly visible position sitting between Customer Success, Product, Engineering and the client.
You'll work closely with enterprise customers to understand business processes, translate requirements, guide implementation programmes and drive long-term platform adoption.
The focus is on making sure the technology becomes part of day-to-day decision making and operational delivery, not just another unused tool sitting in the stack.
What You'll Be Doing
• Leading onboarding and implementation programmes across enterprise clients
• Driving platform adoption from early discovery through to live operational usage
• Running workshops, enablement sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
• Translating customer requirements into clear delivery plans for Product and Engineering teams
• Supporting integration into existing business, reporting and data workflows
• Building trusted relationships across technical and commercial stakeholders
• Helping customers maximise value, engagement and long-term platform utilisation
• Acting as the bridge between customer objectives and technical execution

• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering and commercial teams
• Strong focus on adoption, behaviour change and customer outcomes
What We're Looking For
• Background in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Enablement or Implementation
• Experience working with AI, analytics, SaaS or data platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
• Comfortable operating between technical teams and business users
• Experience delivering onboarding, rollout or enablement programmes
• Able to understand technical concepts and translate them into practical business outcomes
• Commercially aware, customer-focused and delivery-oriented mindset
