Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team based at our office in Banbury or Ashby. This is a stand-alone position in the UK, but you'll be part of the wider EMEA marketing team. Working closely with key stakeholders within the business you will build and execute creative campaigns, manage budgets, and continue to position our products and services in a competitive market, whilst aligning with the EMEA and global marketing strategy.

The Marketing Specialist should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategising and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support company sales goals and product launches. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
