Solihull £12.71 per hour Permanent position Night shifts only We are currently recruiting for Night Care Assistants to join a highly regarded care home in Solihull. The home provides specialist nursing and dementia care, supporting residents in a warm, respectful and person-centred environment. Role details: * Night Care Assistant * Based in Solihull, B91 * £12.71 per hour * Permanent position * 5 vacancies available * Night shifts only * 12-hour shifts * 7:15pm – 7:15am * Two-week rolling rota * Week one: 36 hours * Week two: 48 hours * Average of 42 hours per week * Working with older people * Nursing and dementia care setting * Female applicants preferred due to resident care needs Duties will include: * Supporting residents throughout the night * Providing personal care respectfully and professionally * Supporting with mobility and moving and handling * Promoting dignity, comfort and reassurance * Assisting with continence care and night-time routines * Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting concerns * Working as part of a care team * Completing care records accurately Candidate requirements: * Previous care experience is preferred * Must be comfortable providing personal care * Dementia care experience would be advantageous * Reliable, compassionate and professional approach * Able to work night shifts on a rolling rota * Must have the right to work in the UK To apply, please send your most up-to-date CV for consideration
