We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our team in our Knaresborough office on a full time or part time basis (part-time will be considered on a job share basis). As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for registering new sellers and purchaser details and assessing their needs, assisting in marketing and advertising any properties, dealing with phone and email queries, liaising with all interested parties, negotiate and agree offers to sale agreed, progress sales through to exchange of contracts and completion, and keep administration records updated.

At least 1 years experience within the industry is essential and must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
