We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to play a key role in a dynamic & growing restaurant group with big plans ahead. You will be joining a driven and passionate team. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across three locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with four locations in the UK (Mayfair, Soho, Borough Market and Soho Farmhouse) and eight internationally across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the USA

The Restaurant

Berenjak Borough takes inspiration from traditional Iranian townhouses found in the rural foothills of the Alborz Mountains which surround the city of Tehran. A familiar scene occupies the ground floor: an open kitchen, where guests can take a seat at the lively counter and watch all the action, just as they can in the Soho original. Alternatively, they can ascend to the first floor to find a new Berenjak experience: an Iranian ‘dining room', where convivial group feasts on large tables are the order of the day.
