Recycling Yard Operative

to join the expanding team of our client based in Sharnbrook, Bedford MK44. About the Role: Position will mainly be working outside in the yard area. General cleaning of the yard area, sweeping, mopping, waste removal, breaking up boxes/packaging etc. Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks of equipment. Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required. Site maintenance tasks (subject to experience). Skills and experience: Happy to work outside in all weather conditions (PPE will be provided). Physical capabilities, this is a manual position that includes lifting. High level of attention-to-detail. Good organisational abilities. Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work. Positive and approachable manner - Team player. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Be prepared to train to use a recycling baler and forklift. Hours:
