Registered Nursing Home Manager Salary: £60,000 Per Annum Location: Liverpool About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing and residential care home in Liverpool. This is a leadership role where you will take full responsibility for the quality of care and overall wellbeing of residents, ensuring they receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and choice. You will also lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team of nurses and carers, providing clinical guidance, coaching, and strong operational leadership to ensure the smooth, safe, and effective running of the home. A high level of professional judgement is required, along with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced care environment while maintaining excellent standards of documentation and regulatory compliance.
