About the role

Dunbia UK is seeking an HR Manager to lead both operational and strategic HR across the Cross Hands site, supporting 750 employees. Reporting to the Site Director and guiding a team of around 7, you will deliver a professional HR service, drive the HR roadmap, and influence people management practice across the site.

You will handle complex employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and partner with site management to attract, retain and develop talent while upholding Dunbia core values.
