Are you someone that can collaborate with teams to deliver better services for residents?What’s the role?Join us to lead service improvement and change projects across the Housing Directorate to support Lewisham to deliver better services for residents. You will use knowledge of service design and project management methodology to put residents first and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to improve how we are delivering services.  You will have confidence tackling different issues and will use strong analytical skills to communicate issues and potential solutions to senior leadership.  You will provide strategic leadership and direction to secure commitment to change by engaging different audiences.LocationThe job is primarily based in our Lawrence House office in Catford, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
