Care Assistant Night Worker

We are looking for a Care Assistant, working 20 hours per week, to support the provision of care by attending to the needs and rights of older individuals within a caring environment. Care duties including medication administration and Care Plans, personal care and activities.
Care Assistant required for nightshift. Shift are on a rolling rota which includes some weekend work. Shifts are 21:45 - 07:45.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
