You will advise on construction documentation, development agreements, major project work and supporting complex real estate and finance transactions, amongst others.Benefiting from a healthy existing caseload, you'll be supported by a collaborative team and have access to significant cross-referral opportunities from the firm's market-leading property practice. The firm is also keen for individuals with a strong business case, network or following, however, more crucially is a proven ability in business development combined with technical expertise.
