Building Surveyor

The Building Surveyor will deliver a broad range of building surveying services to clients, from inspections, defect diagnosis and dilapidations through to repair specifications and statutory compliance advice. Working alongside our structural and civil engineers, the post holder will provide joined-up, professionally rigorous advice that meets RICS standards, and will play a key role in developing and growing the building surveying service line.

Key Responsibilities - Undertake building condition surveys, RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 inspections, and pre-acquisition technical due diligence on residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. Prepare clear, well-evidenced reports in accordance with RICS professional standards, setting out condition, defects, risks, remedial recommendations and indicative costs.
