This permanent, full-time mandate is tailored for a resilient, highly discreet medical professional who excels when granted total clinical independence.

Serving as the dedicated healthcare guardian for an ultra-high-net-worth individual, you will be entrusted to formulate proactive protocols and independently manage all medical contingencies.

Operating as a one-person medical department at sea, you must guarantee the utmost confidentiality while the estate gracefully traverses premium Mediterranean territories, encompassing Monaco, the Greek Islands, the Algarve, Italy, Marbella, Ibiza, and Mallorca.

Requirements

Medical credentials legally certified and validated by regulatory boards in the UK, Ireland, the EU, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, or the USA.

At least five years of senior-level clinical background post-fellowship, with a primary focus on Internal, Emergency, or Family Medicine.

Native-standard or perfectly fluent English proficiency to ensure absolute clarity and strict discretion during private patient consultations.

Requirements
Medical degree from the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred. Fluent English essential. Private medicine, concierge medicine, executive health, remote medicine, travel medicine, or yacht medicine experience strongly preferred. High discretion, clinical autonomy, and international travel flexibility required.
