We are currently recruiting for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this exceptional luxury country house hotel set within 400 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside.
This is a rare opportunity to become part of one of the UK's most unique culinary destinations, where the seasons dictate the menus and much of the produce is sourced directly from the hotel's own Home Farm and kitchen gardens. Every dish is created with an emphasis on provenance, sustainability and exceptional craftsmanship.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef, supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen while helping to lead, inspire and develop the brigade. This role is perfect for a chef who is passionate about seasonal, ingredient-led cooking and is looking to continue their career within a creative and highly respected kitchen.
