With a strong reputation for delivering complex projects safely, sustainably, and efficiently, our client is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Central London. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career, working alongside experienced commercial professionals on a diverse range of projects. Key responsibilities: * Assisting with cost reporting and project forecasting. * Supporting valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts. * Assisting with subcontractor procurement and administration. * Monitoring project costs and commercial performance. * Maintaining accurate commercial records and documentation. About You * Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline. * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Good communication and organisational abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Eager to learn and develop a career in Quantity Surveying.
