We’re looking for an experienced Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our Hazardous Materials team covering the South West, with our office based in Cardiff. The Role You’ll carry out a range of asbestos surveying and analytical duties, including: * Management, refurbishment & demolition surveys * Air monitoring and fibre counting * 4-stage clearances and contractor inspections * Capturing accurate site data using our NexGen reporting system * Working in line with HSG248, HSG264, and all relevant legislation * Providing professional advice and support to clients on site About You You’ll ideally have: * BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent) * Strong knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264 * A full UK manual driving licence * A professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach What You’ll Get * £1,000 joining bonus for experienced hires applying directly * Paid travel time within your 40-hour week * Working away allowances * Healthcare Cash Plan * Flexible working options * Training & career development * Enhanced family leave * Discounts, wellbeing support & cycle-to-work scheme Why Lucion?
