Production Operative (Part-Time/Flexible Hours)

Location: Lurgan / Craigavon Area Pay: £13.33 per hour Shift Pattern: Night Shift: 10:30pm - 8:00am Available shifts include Sunday to Thursday, Tuesday to Saturday, and part-time Friday to Saturday. Staffline Recruitment is currently recruiting Food Manufacturing Operatives to join the Avondale team in a fast-paced food production environment. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with previous factory or production experience, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Job Overview: Preparing and mixing ingredients in line with production schedules Packing products on production lines Setting up and monitoring mixers and related equipment Reporting faults, issues or inconsistencies to the relevant department Ensuring hygiene, safety and production standards are maintained Working as part of a team across shifts to support workflow and production targets Ideal Candidate: Previous production line experience is essential Dispatch or warehouse experience is highly desirable Good communication skills, with the ability to flag issues and update team leaders Strong sense of initiative and accountability Basic English required to understand procedures and safety guidance What's in it for you?
