Reg & Ops Project Manager

Rapidly expanding fin tech broker based in the City of London, operating on a B2B2C model are keen to hire a project manager to ensure operational excellence across their business and work with multiple team simultaneously to successfully deliver complex projects. Duties will include:

• Proven end-to-end project delivery experience within regulated financial services and 3rd party outsourcing and offshore teams
• Strong knowledge of CASS, AML, KYC, client onboarding and operational controls
• Manage operational creation of new asset classes
• Liaison with multiple departments to include compliance, finance, operations, middle office, CASS and technology
• Confidence managing project plans, budgets, RAID logs, governance, testing and regulatory change
• A recognised project management qualification - PRINCE2, PMP or Agile xwzovoh - or equivalent hands-on experience
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and hold stakeholders accountable for delivery

PM experience within brokerage, custody, investments or outsourced financial-services environments would be particularly valuable.
