This is a unique opportunity for a commercially focused deal professional to take ownership of client relationships, drive business development, and play a key role in establishing a high-growth service line with a clear route to Partnership.Your new role Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from origination through to completion.Deliver financial due diligence assignments, including acquisitions, disposals, and management buyouts.Advise clients on deal structuring, completion mechanisms, earn-outs, and post-completion matters.Work closely with legal advisers, investors, and other transaction stakeholders.Build relationships with corporates, private equity firms, lawyers, and introducers.Identify and win new business opportunities within the mid-market.Contribute to pitches, proposals, and cross-selling initiatives.Mentor and develop junior team members.What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level within a professional services firm.Strong track record of delivering mid-market M&A and financial due diligence engagements.Excellent technical knowledge of transaction services, deal structuring, IFRS, and UK GAAP.Commercially minded with strong business development and relationship-building skills.Motivated by the opportunity to help build and shape a growing advisory practice.What you'll get in return Opportunity to join and influence a growing Transaction Services team.Clear progression pathway towards Partnership.Exposure to high-quality mid-market transactions.Entrepreneurial, collaborative working environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
