They are on an exciting growth trajectory with a clear plan to double the business in the next 5 years through new product launches, entering new categories and maximising their current customer base with the full range of products.They are now looking for an experienced Senior National Account Manager to join the team. Job DescriptionDevelop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and profitability.Manage and nurture relationships with key national accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.Management of 1 direct report as Business Development Manager level.Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and forecasts to senior stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all account activities.Participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance the company's market presence.The Successful Applicant A successful Senior National Account Manager should have:Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach to sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyse data and create actionable strategies for growth.Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related technologies.What's on Offer Up to 65,000 + benefits2 days a week in the East Midlands
