A large law firm with a highly-ranked Real Estate team is hiring a solicitor c. 2–6 PQE, for the team in Belfast. The team holds a leading position in UK solar and works on some of the regions major energy infrastructure projects. You’d be drafting option agreements and leases for wind, solar, battery storage, EV and hydro schemes, running title due diligence, and working with corporate, banking and planning colleagues on financings, acquisitions and disposals. The role also includes landlord and tenant, corporate support and public sector work as well.

What the firm requires need:

c. 2–6 years’ PQE in real estate, but all PQE will be considered
Energy experience is ideal, but a genuine interest is enough
Confidence to run files with limited supervision
Commercial awareness and some business development experience.
