HIGH-CALIBRE EA SUPPORT REQUIRED ⭐ 2-3 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Based near Cambridge | Hybrid We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to step into a fast-paced, senior-level environment, with a primary focus on supporting the CEO. This is an ideal short term contract for someone who is strategic, has high attention to detail and confident operating at C-Suite level - someone who can quickly get to grips with what needs doing and make it happen. THE ROLE ✈️ Complex Travel Management Managing of travel bookings, working with a dedicated travel provider. 🎯 CEO & C-Suite Support Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, understanding the pace, discretion, judgement and high standards expected at this level. 💡 Strategic & Solutions-Focused We need more than an organiser. You'll be comfortable thinking ahead, spotting issues and finding better ways of doing things. 💻 Tech Confident Strong working knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word is essential. 🧬 Biotech Experience - A Real Advantage Previous exposure to the biotech sector would be highly advantageous.
