The Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveying Manager to lead a team of surveying professionals and technical officers responsible for delivering a high-quality maintenance, repairs and capital improvement service across a diverse property portfolio.

This is a senior leadership position requiring strong technical expertise, project management capability and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. You will oversee planned maintenance programmes, major capital works and compliance-related projects, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of building surveyors and technical staff.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and capital improvement programmes.
• Manage complex and high-value building projects from feasibility through to completion.
