About the role

Job Description

Our client's Property Litigation team is recognised as one of most highly regarded in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate with between 2-5 PQE years' experience to join a collaborative, supportive team, where you will gain early responsibility, work on complex, high-value disputes and receive ongoing mentoring and development.



The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.

You will advise a stellar client base, including leading UK property companies, developers, investment funds, corporate occupiers and high net worth individuals.


Their Lawyers regularly appear in court, (including the appellate courts) and are equally recognised for their expertise in mediation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.


You will work across a broad range of Property disputes, including:



  • Commercial, residential and mixed-use developments


Breach of contract and development disputes


Dilapidations and possession claims


Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters


Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes


Rights of light, party wall and service charge disputes


Construction, professional negligence and insolvency matters


Telecommunications Code disputes.
