As our next Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day customer service administrative tasks, including customer orders, deliveries and providing support to the wider team. Key Responsibilities Act as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams Expedite orders through internal and external liaison. Coordinate with internal departments including sales, purchasing and production to ensure smooth delivery Report and record customer complaints, delivery failures, and returned loads. Perform other general administrative duties as required, keeping on top of multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Key Requirements: Knowledge and experience of working with an MRP system. Solid working knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel. Administrative experience Understanding of financial decision-making. Proficient computer knowledge and skills with experience of ERP systems including forecasting, invoicing, and MS Office.
