Responsibilities Perform fabrication, welding, and repair work on a variety of plant machinery.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machinery operates efficiently.

Work both in the workshop and on-site, with occasional nights away as required.

Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications Proven experience in welding, fabrication, and plant machinery repair.

Strong technical knowledge of machinery such as CAT, Volvo, Komatsu, and similar equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required.

Valid driver's license.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Day-to-Day Work a standard 39-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Perform a mix of workshop-based tasks and on-site repair work.

Utilize company-provided tools, including a van, laptop, and phone, to complete tasks efficiently.

Engage in overtime opportunities, paid at 1.5x and double time, to maximize earnings.
