About the role
The Curve Group is seeking a Head of Reward for a 6-month contract in London, offering a hybrid working model of 2/3 days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead the organisation's reward, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition strategy, working closely with senior leadership and the Remuneration Committee.
This role requires significant experience in Reward leadership within a large corporate or regulated environment, along with strong knowledge of executive remuneration and incentive design.
