Your working hours 42 hours per week ( 3 x 12 hours 1 x 6 hour early or late day) Youll need to be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness.
Shifts include: Night shifts: 7:30pm
- 8.00am Day shifts: 7.30am
- 1.30pm or 1.30pm
- 8.00pm Well work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

What youll do Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff Administer and manage medicines safely Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements Whether youre newly qualified or have years of experience, youll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.
