The setting provides a nurturing and structured environment, focused on building confidence, emotional regulation and independence while encouraging students to achieve their full potential. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant on a permanent full-time basis from September. The successful SEMH Learning Support Assistant will be supporting students with SEMH needs both inside and outside of the classroom, helping to manage behaviour positively, encourage engagement with learning and provide emotional support throughout the school day.
