Site Manager - Housing Refurb

The Company: I’m working with a well-established, successful contractor who have asked us to source a Site Manager to join their team. They are a privately-owned business who have grown year on year, have plenty of cash in the bank and are well known for treating their staff well. Majority of the work they win is framework driven and repeat business through their long-standing client relationships. The Role/You: Due to a healthy pipeline of work set the rest of 2026 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager to join their team. The majority of their upcoming work is in the Greater Manchester & Cheshire regions. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have a proven track record working as a Site Manager, delivering high volume, kitchen and bathroom projects for recognised social housing providers. Requirements: You will hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS You will be based in or able to travel to Greater Manchester & Cheshire on a daily basis. You will have experience managing schemes similar to those mentioned above. Rewards: The successful candidate will receive a good salary and package including a car allowance.
