Job Title: Technical Account Manager

Role Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for leading service delivery and operations for a pharmaceutical contract at our clients Didcot office. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting a high-performing team environment. The Account Manager is accountable for ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client requirements, company standards, and health, safety, and sustainability policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead stakeholder management across client operational teams, developing strong collaborative relationships with client representatives and manufacturing environments.
* Act as the primary liaison between the company and their client, ensuring service agreements are delivered to required standards.
* Foster a customer-focused culture and proactively resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.
* Analyse customer feedback and service performance data to identify and implement improvements.
* Promote an open, transparent, and solutions-driven management style.
* Drive continuous improvement, professional development, and effective problem-solving within the team.
* Develop, influence, and maintain strong partnerships at both operational and strategic levels.
* Participate in client management meetings, briefings, consultations, and formal correspondence.
* Produce and present monthly performance reports, including updates on operational performance, risks, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
* Ensure operational delivery remains compliant with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Required Experience:
* Proven stakeholder and client relationship management and influencing experience.
* Experience working within operational, facilities management, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.
* Strong customer service and service delivery management experience.
* Demonstrated success in managing performance, continuous improvement activities, and operational reporting.
* Ability to identify and resolve operational issues while maintaining service excellence.
* Relevant experience in account management, facilities management, operational management, or a similar client-facing role.
* Understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements within operational environments
