This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in the care sector who is ready to step into a varied and influential role,  helping us attract and develop exceptional Care Professionals, strengthen our presence in the local community and support the continued growth of our business.What will you be doing?Leading the recruitment and selection of high-quality Care ProfessionalsDelivering induction, training and ongoing development for new and existing team membersBuilding strong relationships with our Care Professionals to support engagement, wellbeing and retentionRepresenting Home Instead Charnwood within the local community, developing partnerships and raising awareness of our servicesSupporting marketing, recruitment campaigns and community outreach to attract both new clients and Care ProfessionalsEnsuring recruitment, onboarding and training processes maintain high standards of compliance and support our CQC requirementsWorking closely with the wider management team to support the continued growth and development of the businessParticipating in scheduled on-call duties to help support our Care Professionals and clients when requiredWhy join us?At Home Instead Charnwood, we believe outstanding care starts with an outstanding team. We’d love to hear from you.What are we looking for?Any experience within the care sector is highly desirableExperience in recruitment, training delivery and community engagementA confident and engaging communicator who is a natural relationship-builderA genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and developing peopleHighly organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workloadConfident representing the business externally, including at networking events, community events and with local mediaComfortable participating in care call covering and scheduled on-call duties as part of the wider management teamA full UK driving licenceAdditional InformationSponsorship Transfer AvailableWe are pleased to have recently obtained our Skilled Worker sponsor licence and can consider transfers of sponsorship for suitable candidates who are already in the UK and are locally based in the Leicestershire area.
