About the role

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team in providing assistance to our service users in their own homes, requiring strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily activities
Engage with service user to provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report any changes in health or behaviour
Maintain accurate records of support provided and any observations made

Requirements:

Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with service user and colleagues
Ability to follow and implement support plans effectively
Must be a car driver
Experience working with young adults with behaviours that challenge and LD
