About the role
We are looking for a
Payroll Executive
to take responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll across multiple entities. This is a payroll-focused position, responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy, confidentiality and a high level of service to employees and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Manage and process end-to-end payroll across three separate entities
Submit RTI to HMRC within statutory deadlines
Process pension contributions and ensure auto-enrolment compliance
Prepare and post payroll journals
Maintain accurate payroll records in line with GDPR requirements
Handle and resolve employee payroll queries professionally and confidentially
Work with timekeeping systems and payroll reporting
Skills & Experience
Essential: Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience using Sage 50 Payroll or similar payroll software
Comfortable working with timekeeping systems
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Desirable: CIPP or other recognised payroll qualification
Experience managing payroll across multiple legal entities
Knowledge of payroll journals and reporting

You will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
