About the role
Metropolitan Gaming is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to deliver outstanding service to guests at our venues and online platform. You will act as the face of the business, answering queries, guiding customers through the Met card rewards, and supporting marketing via customer outreach and loyalty programs.
The role involves promoting events, assisting with promotions, and helping retain and re‑engage customers within the Met Card Loyalty scheme while upholding Safer Gambling policies.
